IT STARTED, QUITE SIMPLY, LIKE THIS...

Roger & Kay have run Pubs / Restaurants & Hotels in the U.K as well as other countries for the last 30 years.  Roger is the Chef while Kay is the Hostess.

Together we have extensive experience and have now brought that experience to Brittany, France.

Reflexions has taken over premises that was previously operated as 'Le Rosbif' in the delightful village of Saint Vincent Sur Oust.

Roger is Passionate about cooking with fresh,local produce and enjoys experimenting and delivering a fusion of styles, cultures and textures to an appreciating customer base.
